A Message in A Bottle
An excerpt from ‘A Message in a bottle’
Then came a land of ice and snow,
Where chilling winds began to blow.
The bottle trapped, in frozen sea,
But the love it carried was pure and free.
For decades it lay in the ice's hold,
Through winters harsh and summers cold.
Until the sun did melt the freeze,
And released it back to warmer seas.
"For you and her, I'll brave the storm,
The thought of my loves keep me warm.
Though waves may rise and skies may part,
I will find my way, led by my heart."
As it drifted south on the ocean’s ride,
A fearsome whirlpool blocked its stride.
The bottle spun in the churning flow,
Then pulled down deep to depths below
